Description
The WidowX Core is the value-oriented arm in Trossen Robotics' 2026 WidowX family. It is a 6-DoF manipulator for physical AI data collection, training, evaluation and deployment.

Built to last
- Designed, machined and assembled in-house by Trossen in the USA
- CNC-machined, spot-welded metal brackets rather than bent sheet metal, so the arm holds its calibration over time
- Rack-and-pinion gripper with straight-line jaws and almost no play
- Integrated touchscreen with live diagnostics, so no laptop is needed at the arm
- Integrated iNerve industrial controller in the base, compensating for the arm's own weight, friction and motion dynamics

The Core shares the same controller and data path as the WidowX Pro and Heavy. It mounts on the Trossen Solo, Workbench and Rivet platforms, and it can be teleoperated with Glide leader arms.
