4. Warranty & After-Sales Policy

Free maintenance and repair are provided only for damages caused by manufacturing quality issues.

Paid Repairs: Damages caused by improper use (including but not limited to collisions, falls, etc.) are not covered; the customer must pay for maintenance and parts.
