OAK-D-Lite Auto Focus
Description
The OAK-D-Lite (Auto Focus) takes the affordability idea one step further — the same Spatial AI power as the OAK-D in a smaller, lighter body. It pairs a 13MP colour camera with a stereo depth pair and on-device neural inference, making it the “Swiss Army knife of computer vision” for makers, students, robotics and prototyping.
Key highlights
- Spatial AI in a compact 61 g body — depth + AI without a separate host GPU.
- 13MP auto-focus colour camera (IMX214, 8 cm–∞) plus an OV7251 global-shutter stereo pair.
- 4 TOPS on-device processing (1.4 TOPS for AI) on the RVC2 — run custom models, stereo depth, object tracking and CV on-device.
- USB-C powered (USB2 / USB3), low 4.5 W max draw.
- Depth range ~20 cm to ~19 m (75 mm baseline).

On-device processing (RVC2)
Built on the Robotics Vision Core 2: 4 TOPS total (1.4 TOPS for AI). Runs any convertible AI model, H.264/H.265/MJPEG encoding (4K/30, 1080p/60), stereo depth with post-processing and RGB-depth alignment, plus 2D/3D object tracking and on-device CV.
Dimensions & power
91 × 28 × 17.5 mm, 75 mm baseline, 61 g. Power: 0.6 W standby, ~4 W running, 4.5 W max — can run off USB3. Depth: min ~20 cm (480P, extended), max ~19.1 m.
Note: the OAK-D-Lite has no IMU and no power jack; if your host can’t supply enough current, use a Y-adapter (sold separately).
